At Rudy & Co., everything we offer is either a digital download or a print-on-demand product. That means each item is either sent to you instantly (digital art) or made-to-order and shipped directly from our print partner (prints, cards, books, etc.).

📦 How long does delivery take?

For print-on-demand products:

  • UK orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

  • International orders can take 10–20 working days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Each product is made to order, so please allow a little extra time for production and shipping.

💌 Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes! We offer a selection of digital art prints that you can download instantly after purchase. No waiting, no shipping – just print at home or at your local print shop.

🔁 Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because our products are made-to-order (or instant downloads), we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
