  • All products are made-to-order through trusted print partners.

  • Some designs are hand-drawn, others may use AI tools as part of the design process — we’ll always make this clear in the product description.

  • Colours and sizing may vary slightly from what you see on screen, due to differences in screen settings and production processes.

3. Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify’s payment system. We do not store or see your full card details.

  • Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the UK.

  • Production time: usually 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery time: usually 2–4 business days once dispatched.

  • Shipping costs: £3.99 for orders under £50, free shipping for orders over £50.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind (e.g. wrong size, colour, or personal preference).

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Designs

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the property of Rudy & Co.

  • You’re welcome to use our digital art files for personal use only (e.g. printing at home, creating gifts for yourself or friends).

7. Limitation of Liability

Rudy & Co. is not liable for:

  • Delays in production or delivery outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, or sizing.
