We want you to love your Rudy & Co. purchase. If there’s ever an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused

With tags
-
In its original packaging

Proof of purchase required
Because our products are made-to-order and may be shipped from different print partners, we do not publish a single return address. Instead, all returns must be arranged with us directly.
👉 To start a return, please contact us at rudyandco_@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the correct return instructions and address based on your item.
👉 Please note: Returns must be approved before sending items back. Any items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item
We’ll sort it quickly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind (wrong size, colour, or personal preference)

Sale items

Gift cards
We also cannot accept returns on personalised/custom products, please contact us if there is different issue with your personalised/custom product, we will make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
